tom's ice cream bowl

This is a shot of a famous landmark in Zanesville, OH, where I grew up. The longer I'm away from home the more I miss things about it (I've always missed family and friends). I'm sure I would feel that way about NYC, too, if we moved away, though Sandy told me tonight a poll mentioned it was one of the four most miserable places to live, and our taxes are among the highest of any US city.

Anyway, I've not been home recently, but have been spending a couple of minutes a night looking through old photos. I'm going to start shooting again soon.
